Great interview! Tate’s work sounds like perfect Friday the 13th fodder. 🙂

You know, August, I didn’t even remember that tomorrow was Friday the 13th. But you are so right. Diablero will definitely make your heart beat faster as it draws you completely into the storyline. Just be sure to read it with the lights on. 🙂

Me too, Coleen. That advice I hold close to me and save it for those dreary nights when doubt begins to seep into my thoughts.
      Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks and I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Maybe one day soon, I’ll have you up here too? 🙂

Great blog site Jennifer! Thanks for the interview. August, it’s funny you mention Friday the 13th – that’s my wife’s birthday! But 13 is her lucky number, so she’ll be fine.

Thanks Toby! The pleasure is all mine!
My sister was born on a Friday the 13th, too – which make them all good luck! 🙂

Great interview. Really enjoyed it. Toby, you made me laugh out loud when Jen asked you that fourth question. Best of luck with this book and the second. They both sound very intriguing.

Thanks Debra! There’s a character in the YA book I’m writing named Debra. I must have some kind of psychic connection with the people on this blog!

“It felt like winning the lottery because it took a year of getting rejected by about 80 agents and 10 publishers.”

What a great encouragement to those of us who are in the querying and waiting stage right now. Sometimes the right fit really does take awhile.

I’m writing my third novel right now and still trying to find a publisher for the second one, so even with one published novel (which is still selling, by the way) under my belt, it isn’t getting any easier. But I’ll never give up because I’m crazy! Er, I mean…I’m determined!
